If you have any photos, please attach this to your email as this will speed up the process.
Got a complaint?
We want all of our tenants to be happy in their homes. If at any point we fall short of our aim, please contact us immediately by sending us an email to info@simply-rent.co.uk. We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible. If you are an existing tenant, you will have been given a phone number of one of our agents who will get back to you if you raise concerns. In the rare instance that we cannot resolve your issue, please contact the Property Redress Scheme who will advise you further.
